What unique perspective do you bring?
The angle only you have, from where you’ve been and how you think.
Last week 18 people applied to us, and we didn’t have a single job ad up. We get it. The job market is rough, and sending one more application feels like doing something. We value people who reach out on their own, so here is how to make it count.
Many applications read like they came out of the same prompt (duh). Certificates and past experience come later. First we want to know three things.
The angle only you have, from where you’ve been and how you think.
We are small. How you work with others matters as much as what you know.
Look at what we do and tell us honestly. Then show us your part in fixing it.
Positioning matters more than volume. A few ideas to start with, pick one or mix them.

“The people who stand out are the visibly curious ones. Curiosity is hard to fake in a CV and easy to spot in a prototype.”
One page to get clear on your perspective and what you want to be known for. Fill it in before you write to us, and everything you send gets easier.
Send your website, repo, prototype or a short note to hello@peakwell.ch with the subject “Open application”. We read everything, even when there is no role to fill yet.
